All women who are breast-feeding really lose weight quickly than those who do not.

You may be hungrier while breastfeeding. This is normal to ensure that your diet is rich in nutrients. But is not your enemy poor nutrition, hunger and diet. You should be able to eat your favorite foods in combination with the right plan,  with a moderate exercise routine and safely lose the baby weight you want.
